Haryana’s AgriStack Farmer Registry is on the official portal hrfr.agristack.gov.in. It creates a national-standard Farmer ID by linking your Aadhaar with Haryana’s jamabandi land records. Haryana had 12,26,907 Farmer IDs on 6 August 2026.
Haryana farmers are used to registering their crops every season with the state’s own system. That causes confusion: is AgriStack the same thing? It is not. This guide explains the difference and how to register.
Register only at hrfr.agristack.gov.in. AgriStack.net is independent and has no registration form.

Haryana’s state crop registration predates AgriStack, which may be why Haryana does not appear in the national Digital Crop Survey table. Over time, schemes may use both. Ask your agriculture office which one a given scheme requires; do not assume one replaces the other. We have not linked the state crop portal because we could not verify its current address during this review.
Prepare your jamabandi details
Haryana’s land records use several numbers. For each plot, note:
- district, tehsil and village;
- khewat number (the ownership holding);
- khatoni number (cultivation holding);
- khasra or killa number (the field);
- your name and share as recorded.
Compare the recorded name with your Aadhaar. If your land is jointly held among family members, which is common in Haryana, each co-owner registers separately with their own Aadhaar. See joint land ownership.
Registering on HRFR
- Open
hrfr.agristack.gov.in, choose the farmer option and create an account with Aadhaar OTP, a mobile number and password. - Log in and start registration. Check your Aadhaar details.
- Claim land by selecting district, tehsil and village and entering the survey (khasra or killa) number. Pick your name from the owners list and add the plot.
- Verify all lands and check the name-match result.
- Consent and e-Sign with Aadhaar OTP.
- Note the enrolment number from the SMS.

Haryana grew by about 8% between March and August 2026. Its absolute count is smaller than states such as Uttar Pradesh partly because Haryana has far fewer landholders. Without an official count of eligible farmers, we do not calculate a coverage percentage. See the statistics dashboard.
