Rajasthan’s Farmer Registry is on the official portal rjfr.agristack.gov.in. Farmers verify themselves with Aadhaar, claim land from the state’s jamabandi records, and receive a Farmer ID. Rajasthan had 87,46,218 Farmer IDs on 6 August 2026, the fourth-highest in India.

Rajasthan has two big advantages for registration: its land records are searchable online through Apna Khata, and much of its farmland is already covered by the Digital Crop Survey. This guide shows how to use both.

Official Rajasthan portal

Register only at rjfr.agristack.gov.in. AgriStack.net is independent and never asks for your Aadhaar or OTP.

Step 1: Check your jamabandi on Apna Khata

Before opening the Farmer Registry, look up your land on Apna Khata, run by Rajasthan’s Board of Revenue. Note for each plot:

  • district, tehsil and village;
  • khasra number (and any sub-division);
  • the owner name exactly as written;
  • your share, if the land is jointly held.

Compare the owner name with your Aadhaar. Hindi spellings in the jamabandi may differ from the English in Aadhaar; this is common and usually means your claim will be checked by the Patwari rather than approved automatically.

Step 2: Register on RJFR

  1. Open rjfr.agristack.gov.in, choose the farmer option and create an account with Aadhaar OTP, a mobile number and password.
  2. Log in and start farmer registration. Review your Aadhaar details.
  3. Claim your land: choose district, tehsil and village, enter the khasra number, select your name in the owners list and add the plot.
  4. Verify all lands to see the name-match result.
  5. Accept the consent and declarations and e-Sign with Aadhaar OTP.
  6. Keep the enrolment number sent to your mobile.

Detailed screen-by-screen help is in our registration guide.

Step 3: Track approval

Claims with lower name-match scores are verified by revenue officials. Track your status on rjfr.agristack.gov.in with your enrolment number. If it stays pending, contact your Patwari or tehsil. Read status pending: common reasons.

Farmer Registry vs Rajasthan’s scheme portals

Rajasthan farmers often confuse the Farmer Registry with the state’s agriculture scheme portals. They are separate:

  • The Farmer Registry creates your AgriStack Farmer ID.
  • Scheme portals run by the Rajasthan agriculture department are where you apply for subsidies and schemes.

A scheme may ask for your Farmer ID. Registering on RJFR does not by itself mean you have applied for any scheme. We have not linked the state scheme portals here because we could not verify their current addresses during this review.

Getting help

We did not find a Rajasthan Farmer Registry helpline on an official source we could verify. Use the help details on the RJFR portal, your Patwari for land issues, and your block or district agriculture office for pending claims. A CSC or e-Mitra kiosk may be able to help with assisted registration; ask about any service charge first. More in our helpline guide.
