Chhattisgarh’s AgriStack Farmer Registry is on the official portal cgfr.agristack.gov.in. Farmers verify themselves with Aadhaar, claim land from Bhuiyan land records, and receive a Farmer ID. Chhattisgarh had 37,81,504 Farmer IDs on 6 August 2026, up 15% since March.
For Chhattisgarh’s paddy farmers, the Farmer ID has practical weight. The Government says the state “has institutionalized Farmer ID and Digital Crop Survey for MSP-based paddy procurement, covering over 32 lakh farmers in a single season”.
Register only at cgfr.agristack.gov.in. AgriStack.net is independent and never asks for your Aadhaar or OTP.

An early adopter
The official AgriStack FAQ (2024) named Chhattisgarh, with Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra, as states that had created Farm IDs for 100% of their land records. That early groundwork is one reason the state could connect the Farmer ID to procurement relatively quickly.
Farmer ID and paddy procurement
PIB reported in March 2026 that Chhattisgarh’s use of Farmer ID and the Digital Crop Survey for MSP paddy procurement is “significantly improving ease of registration by farmers, as well as transparency, crop verification, and timeliness of MSP payments”.
In simple terms:
- your Farmer ID confirms who you are and what land you hold;
- the Digital Crop Survey records that paddy was actually grown on that land;
- together, they help procurement systems check how much you can sell, without repeated paperwork.
Procurement rules, such as registration windows and limits per acre, are set each season by the State Government. Check official notices or ask your primary agricultural cooperative society. More in Farmer ID and MSP procurement.
Check your land on Bhuiyan
Open Bhuiyan and look up your B1 and khasra records. Note the district, tehsil, village, khasra numbers and area, and compare the owner name with your Aadhaar.
Registering on CGFR
- Open
cgfr.agristack.gov.in, choose the farmer option and create an account with Aadhaar OTP, a mobile number and password. - Log in and start registration. Review your Aadhaar details.
- Claim land: choose district, tehsil and village, enter the khasra number, pick your name and add the plot.
- Verify all lands and check the name-match result.
- Consent and e-Sign with Aadhaar OTP.
- Keep the enrolment number sent by SMS.
