Andhra Pradesh’s AgriStack Farmer Registry is on the official portal apfr.agristack.gov.in. Farmers verify themselves with Aadhaar, claim land from the state’s Adangal and 1B records, and receive a Farmer ID. Andhra Pradesh had 51,21,750 Farmer IDs on 6 August 2026, the eighth-highest in India.

AP land records: Adangal and 1B

Open Mee Bhoomi and look up your 1B and Adangal. Note the district, mandal, village, survey numbers and your extent, and compare the owner name with your Aadhaar.
Registering on APFR
- Open
apfr.agristack.gov.in, choose the farmer option and create an account with Aadhaar OTP, a mobile number and password. - Log in and start registration. Check the Aadhaar details.
- Claim land: choose district, mandal and village, enter the survey number, pick your name from the owners list and add the plot.
- Verify all lands to see the name-match result.
- Consent and e-Sign with Aadhaar OTP.
- Note the enrolment number from the SMS.

What the Farmer ID does, and does not do
Our old page title promised “benefits”. To be precise: the Farmer ID is not itself a benefit. It is a verified identity that schemes use to find you and your land quickly.
Nationally, the Government told Parliament in 2026 that the Farmer ID and AgriStack are being used for:
- targeting PM-KISAN payments (Farmer ID and PM-KISAN);
- crop insurance enrolment under PMFBY (Farmer ID and crop insurance);
- MSP procurement (Farmer ID and MSP procurement);
- Kisan Credit Card loans (KCC guide);
- fertiliser booking and disaster relief.
Which state schemes in Andhra Pradesh use the Farmer ID, and from when, is announced by the AP Government and its departments. Check official notices or ask at your village or ward secretariat or the agriculture office.
